Artisan sourdough
Our signature jalapeño cheddar sourdough and fluffy sourdough biscuits (plain or loaded with cheese and jalapeños). Requires a 72-hour advance notice for natural fermentation.
Savory & stuffed breads
Warm, hearty favorites including our popular pizza stuffed bread and classic everyday sandwich bread. Requires 24 to 48 hours notice depending on batch size.
Breakfast breads & treats
Seasonal breakfast breads, cookies, and small custom baked treats made without preservatives or baking soda. Requires 24 to 48 hours advance notice.

Because it is just me in the kitchen, every order receives direct, undivided care. I pride myself on complete honesty about capacity and ingredients so that your family gets the freshest, safest food possible.
Notice times and pickup guidelines
Real bread without commercial stabilizers takes time to make. Sourdough requires a full 72 hours notice to ferment and bake properly. For cookies, sandwich loaves, pizza stuffed bread, and breakfast items, please give 24 to 48 hours notice depending on quantity. Once your order is confirmed, local porch pickup in Amarillo is arranged directly.
Allergy care and custom treats
I understand food sensitivities firsthand. My son has a baking soda allergy, so none of my recipes contain baking soda, and I never use cinnamon (substituting a safe aromatic spice blend instead). Please disclose any allergies when requesting an order. While I cannot do fondant cakes or massive catering events, I am happy to discuss small custom cakes and party treats!
