Why I stepped into the kitchen
My journey started with a simple realization: store-bought bread seemed to sit on the counter for ages and never mold. That just didn't sit right with me. I wanted real, nourishing food for my family without mystery additives, so I picked up a bag of flour and started baking everything from scratch at home.
