Naturally fermented classic loaves, jalapeño cheddar breads, and custom mix-ins. Fermented slowly for flavor and digestive wellness, taking 72 hours from starter to finish.

Fluffy regular and sourdough biscuits, classic sandwich loaves, and homemade seasonal pizza crusts baked fresh within 24 hours of ordering.
Cakes & cookies
Rich sourdough cakes, delicious bite-sized cake pops that are never overly sweet, and beautifully decorated homemade cookies made without bitter aftertastes.
Baking with real care and honesty
I started this bakery after realizing commercial store-bought breads can sit on a counter for a year without molding. That is not something I want my family eating, and it is not what I will ever serve to yours. I keep things small, honest, and thoughtful.

Living with food allergies taught my family how critical ingredient transparency is. I specialize in delicious nut-free, baking-soda-free, and cinnamon-free options so everyone can enjoy fresh bakes safely. Clear communication is always my first priority.
Custom orders and lead times
Because I am a solo home baker, sourdough orders require 72 hours notice and standard breads require 24 hours. Custom small cakes and treat boxes are available by consultation, keeping orders intimate and manageable rather than mass-produced.
